With rapidly expanding demand driving expansion needs, Gibbon Architecture helped meet that growth with this new coffee roasting facility to replace a space the Dynamite Roasting Company had outgrown. Significant site conditions on this brownfield site presented major development challenges. Dedicated to best practices, the client both performed the required remediation, and went one step further and installed a last photovoltaic array to offset energy used.

Large branded supergraphics facing the neighboring highway elevate the aesthetic of the warehouse, which is clad in deep browns and blacks inspired by the product within.
